Milwaukee Public Schools in collaboration with the Milwaukee Health Department and Children’s Wisconsin, will be hosting immunization clinics for staff, students, and families at Starms on October 5, 2022.

• Frances Brock Starms Early Childhood Center from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Frances Brock Starms Discovery Learning Center from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Besides the recommended childhood immunizations, other vaccines available will be the flu, COVID-19 (including the booster), pneumonia, and HPV. All MPS students, siblings and family members residing at the same address are welcome to participate.

The Parent’s Consent to Vaccinate in Clinic form lists the school required vaccines and additional vaccines.
